This panel is used to report the results for molecular respiratory pathogen testing in upper and/or lower respiratory specimens. As of March 2019, this test kit includes tests for Influenza A and B viruses, Parainfluenzavirus 1 through 4, Adenovirus B+C+E, Bocavirus 1+2+3, Human coronaviruses, Respiratory syncytial virus A and B, Rhinovirus, Enterovirus A+B+C, and Metapneumovirus, as well as Bordetella pertussis and parapertussis, Legionella pneumophila, Moraxella catarrhalis, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and Haemophilus influenzae.
